Charlie is the co-founder of Morris, Pool & Associates, LLC. The Firm was established with the philosophy of earning the client's trust, creating plans and delivering results. Charlie divides his time between working with Retirees, successful professionals, and business owners. Charlie has extensive experience in retirement, investment, and estate planning. He is a Registered Representative with ValMark Securities, Inc., a FINRA registered broker dealer and has earned the designation of Accredited Investment Fiduciary ( AIF ).

Charlie graduated from Olivet Nazarene University with a B.S. in Economics. He is a qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Tables (MDRT)  Court Of The Table (COT), placing him among the top professionals in the industry today. MDRT is the premier association of financial services professionals, consisting of over 35,000 members from more than 70 countries. Charlie is a consistent qualifier of the National Quality Award and is also a  member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. 

 Charlie resides in Washington Township with his wife Janelle and their children Gunnar, Ainsley and Grady.
